Texas Filmmakers began in 2004 as a way to help motivate and facilitate collaboration among the growing community of student and emerging media makers in the City of Denton. The vision quickly grew into becoming a full-service community media center in North Texas.

Texas Filmmakers is a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit corporation. We have been incoroporated in the State of Texas since 2004. Our Programs & Services now include:

• Online Community - A fully-featured social network with video, image, and file sharing. Connect with other local media makers.
• Equipment Rental - Rental of cameras and tripods. (Lowest cost available for Premium Members only)
• Editing Lab - Use of Adobe & Final Cut Studio Editing Workstations. (Free for Premium Members)
• Texas Film & Video Grants - $1,000 production grants
• Video Races - Video Vacation & 48 Hours of Hell
• Thin Line Film Fest - Texas' International Documentary Film Festival
• & More
